Excuse the cliché but this thing is built like a tank. Super thick walls makes it quite heavy. It was a bit bigger that I expected but these things are needed to sink the heat away from the electronics and that it does better than most. Nice aggressive styling with fantastic anodizing. It's very floody with a hint of a hotspot in the middle. Doesn't throw far but far enough just by sheer output. It's not really pocketable (maybe jacket pocket) but fits well in its pouch. I use it for work and the higher modes are kind of a novelty they're so bright. To be a cool white it's actually not that cool. I was worried because I ordered this one before I noticed the higher CRI model. I like it so much that I may buy it as well.
